Management of Compliance
The client had been breached by the Environment Protection Authority for not complying with the conditions of his Environment Protection Licence and had been issued with a Clean-Up Notice.
Richard Hall & Associates were engaged to manage compliance with this Clean-Up Notice.
Information requested in the notice was collected and submitted. A work program was developed to undertake the actions required by the notice. A reporting system was developed for collecting and monitoring information for submission to the EPA, and a completion report on its clean-up was prepared and submitted to the EPA.
At all times during this process Richard Hall & Associates liaised with the EPA on the client's behalf.
